We've developed land and built multifamily in the City of Spokane, including the Nixon Ave Subdivision and the Elcliff Duplex near Whitworth University. City of Spokane zoning now allows duplexes and middle housing on many lots.

We're licensed in Idaho, so North Idaho clients get the same owner-run process. Many North Idaho subdivisions have CC&Rs and architectural review, which we review before design.
