Nearly 6,000 sq ft custom home on the river in Newport, WA. Board-and-batten exterior with standing-seam metal roof, stone retaining walls, wraparound deck, and direct waterfront access. Open great room with floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, exposed timber beams, and custom millwork throughout. Designed and built start-to-finish by Two Brothers.

Modern farmhouse on the east side of Spokane Valley. Board-and-batten siding, black-trim windows, open-concept main floor, and a finished basement. Built with the same hands-on approach that defines every Two Brothers project.

Our own in-house duplex design — built for layout functionality and economical construction. Two fully independent units near Whitworth University, each with private garage, covered entry, and clean craftsman exterior. Designed to perform for investors and owner-occupants alike.
Spokane, WA4-unit light industrial build — 1,500 sq ft footprint per unit with private office, bathroom, and mezzanine storage bringing each to approximately 1,750 sq ft. Currently in planning and design. Permitting begins next week, with ground break early summer and projected completion fall 2026.
