Nearly 6,000 sq ft custom home on the river in Newport, WA. Board-and-batten exterior with standing-seam metal roof, stone retaining walls, wraparound deck, and direct waterfront access. Open great room with floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, exposed timber beams, and custom millwork throughout. Designed and built start-to-finish by Two Brothers.

Two Brothers Development is Austin Folsom and Tysen Cheshire — a hands-on team based out of Spokane Valley, WA. We're not a big-box builder. Every project we take on gets our direct attention, from the first site visit to the final nail.

We're licensed in Washington and Idaho, and we work throughout the Inland Northwest — Spokane Valley, Post Falls, Coeur d'Alene, the Idaho Panhandle, and surrounding areas. We keep our project count intentional so we can stay genuinely involved in every build.
